Benzene Offloading Facility upgrade

Scope of Work:

• Prepare DBM, EDS and subsequently Detail Design Packages for improving the ergonomics and eliminating fall hazard for the personnel;
• Create a 3D model;
• Evaluate all rail, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment requirements;
• Develop a Process Risk Analysis;
• Prepare Construction Scope of Work; and
• Provide a Capital Cost Estimate at various stages of these projects.
