Project Manager – Oil & Gas Industry

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Montreal (QC). The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project execution—from proposal to delivery—ensuring compliance with scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan (PEP), including scope, schedule, and cost.
Lead coordination of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Oversee client communications and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Assign project team roles and responsibilities at each stage.
Control deliverables, man-hours, and design changes.
Prepare and review project proposals and technical submissions.
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Drive excellence in safety, quality, and performance across all disciplines.

Qualifications

Member (or eligible for membership) of a provincial professional order, depending on the region of practice.
Minimum 15 years of project management experience in oil and gas.
Strong mechanical engineering background with hands-on field experience.
Proven leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset.
