Scope

  • Prepare and issue process, structural and mechanical design for the entire project — preliminary study to commissioning
  • Preliminary and detailed cost estimate for tank work
  • Detail engineering for tank modification to meet API 653 and the new Irving standards
  • New floor designs and installations — with coatings and cathodic protection
  • Replace all valves and instruments
  • Aluminium dome roof designs and installations
  • Design and installation of new internal floating roofs
  • Designs and installations of new platforms
  • Restoration of the tank shell, with insulation
  • Agitator and tank-heating designs and installations
  • Removal of redundant tank components
  • API 653 inspections and tank hydrotests
